Layaway

• Layaways require 20% deposit and at least a 20% payment every month, not to exceed 120 days.
• Kayaks and canoes not picked up after 120 days (starting from beginning of layaway agreement) will receive a $10.00/month storage fee. Plan on picking up your kayak/canoe when you pay your last installment to avoid this charge.
• Deposits are non-refundable if item(s) are on hold longer than 10 days and you change your mind about the purchase.
• There will be no refund, and item(s) returned to stock, for item(s) held over 31 days without payment.
• Your receipt, given at time of deposit, will indicate the original purchase price, deposit amount and exact description of item(s) on layaway. You will also receive a copy of this agreement for your files. Please review these articles before leaving the shop.
• Riverside Kayak Connection, LLC may store your item(s) off site. Please call prior to picking up your item(s) to have them brought to the shop.
• Layaway payments may be made at the shop or via mail or telephone.
